  • Credit Union takes an application

  • Credit Union orders the appraisal, facilitates the closing and performs other additional required tasks
  • Capital Mortgage Funding is responsible for disclosures, processing, underwriting, closing and funding
  • A dedicated Capital Mortgage Funding Loan Officer will have direct communication with the credit union’s members and loan officer.

Wholesale lending without the wholesale headache!

  • Credit Union takes an application, submits to Capital Mortgage Funding’s web based LOS, runs credit report, automated underwriting, uploads all documents and orders appraisal
  • Capital Mortgage Funding does all disclosures, underwrites and closes
  • Credit Union gathers conditions, Capital Mortgage Funding issues final approval
  • The credit union schedules the closing and Capital Mortgage Funding prepares closing documents and funds
  • A dedicated Capital Mortgage Funding Loan Officer will assist and facilitate throughout the entire loan process

Marketing Service Agreement

  • Credit Union actively promotes first mortgage services by Capital Mortgage Funding
    • Regular turn key marketing promoting mortgage products
    • Credit Union and Capital Mortgage Funding will regularly meet and evaluate marketing performed
    • Compensation is based on Credit Union marketing to members on behalf of Capital Mortgage Funding, based on third party valuation
